One morning, you wake up to find Bartholomew gone and a tiny, handwritten note that reads: “The harvest is ready. Don’t worry about the laundry.” Write a short story about your cat’s secret mission and the mysterious purpose of all those missing socks.
✍️ A Change of Paws: A powerful, albeit slightly clumsy, wizard accidentally casts a spell that swaps your consciousness with your cat’s. You are now stuck in a furry, nine-lived body, and your cat is trying to figure out how to use your opposable thumbs to open a can of tuna. Write a scene or short story detailing the first few hours of this switch. What is the most shocking difference between human life and cat life?
✍️ The Whispering Collar: A new collar shows up in your cat’s favorite napping spot. It’s a simple leather one, but when you put it on, your cat starts talking to you—not with meows, but with a full, slightly snarky internal voice that only you can hear. Describe a conversation you have with your cat about a major household decision (e.g., changing the internet provider, adopting a dog, or what’s for dinner).
